What helps us answer quickly
- The client pages you want to use and the keywords they already rank for.
- Roughly how many clicks a month you expect, across all clients.
- The email address of your Traffic Bot account, if you have one.
Please never send passwords or private client logins.
Planning an agency campaign
Tell us about the websites and client pages you want to work with, the countries you want to target, and the keywords you have in mind. Include the number of clients and your expected monthly search activity so we can discuss a suitable plan. If you are comparing volumes, review our agency pricing before getting in touch.
For a search campaign, the target page needs to be indexed and appear within the top 100 Google results for the selected keyword. Share the public page URL and its current position if you know it. These details help us understand whether the proposed campaign can locate the page through search.
Help with your account or campaign
When you email about an existing account, use the email address associated with that account and describe what you were trying to do. For a campaign question, include its name or reference, the affected public URL, and when you noticed the issue. If an error message appeared, copy its wording and the steps that led to it.
For a plan or billing question, tell us which plan or invoice you mean. Do not send full payment card details, passwords, authentication codes, or access credentials. You can explain the problem without sharing private client logins.
Understanding search activity and reporting
The service uses automated browser sessions. Rankings and sales are not guaranteed, and Google Search Console processes and filters its own reporting data. Our SEO traffic FAQ explains eligibility and reporting differences, while How our traffic bot works walks through the search journey. If your question depends on a particular page or report, include the relevant dates and what you expected to see.
