IMPORTANT NOTE:

Our website traffic services are intended for use with Google Analytics. It is your responsibility to have Google Analytics properly installed on your website in order to utilize our website traffic services.

1. Service License.

The services provided by Traffic-Bot.com, including the delivery of website traffic (Economy or Professional) to your website and Google Search Console Traffic services, are licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. You acknowledge that you do not own the website traffic generated by our services.

2. Subscription Plans.

We offer two types of website traffic plans: Economy and Professional. Each plan operates on a one-year subscription model of 13 payments and is subject to the following terms:

2.1. Economy Plan: This plan utilizes datacenter IP addresses and is compatible with Google Analytics 3.
2.2. Professional Plan: This plan utilizes unique residential IP addresses and is compatible with both Google Analytics 3 and 4.

3. Subscription Cancellation.

3.1. To request the cancellation of your subscription, please use our designated cancellation request template, which can be obtained by contacting our support team at [email protected].
3.2. Fill out the cancellation request template with the required information and submit it to our support team.
3.3. We will review your cancellation request within 14 days and notify you of our decision. Please note that the cancellation of your subscription is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to accept or reject your cancellation request.
3.4. If your subscription is canceled, you will no longer be charged for future payments, and your projects will stop accordingly.

4. Refund Policy.

4.1. Refunds are subject to review and will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific situation.
4.2. To request a refund, please fill out the refund request form available on our website and submit it to our support team at [email protected]. We will review your request within 14 days and notify you of our decision.
4.3. Refunds will not be issued if there are no issues on our side. If the lack of Google Analytics installation or the absence of your Google Analytics ID in the project settings is the reason for dissatisfaction, it is your responsibility to ensure that Google Analytics is properly installed on your website and that your Google Analytics ID is included in the project settings to effectively track the traffic.

5. Support and Guarantee.

5.1. We provide support and guarantee specifically for the delivery of website traffic to Google Analytics. We do not guarantee the functionality or compatibility of other tracking software.
5.2. You acknowledge that the effectiveness of our services may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as website content, user engagement, increasing bounce rate, and returning visitors rate. These factors may impact the total number of visitors delivered to your website.

6. Google Search Console Traffic.

6.1. Our Google Search Console Traffic service operates on a one-year subscription plan consisting of 13 payments.
6.2. The delivery of Google Search Console Traffic may vary in quantity from day to day and is not guaranteed to deliver the same amount of traffic each day.

7. Marketing Emails.

7.1. By signing up for our services, you consent to receive marketing emails from us. Even after deleting your account, you may continue to receive marketing emails.
7.2. To unsubscribe from our newsletter, please send an email requesting to stop receiving such emails to [email protected].

8. No Guarantee for Specific Positions on Search Engines.

We do not guarantee specific positions or rankings on search engine result pages (SERPs). The effectiveness of our services may vary based on search engine algorithms and other factors.

9. Privacy.

9.1. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9.2. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the personal information you provide to us. You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
