- Locate the "Traffic Speed" setting.
- Move the regulator to 0%.
It may take a few minutes for the settings to take effect, but it usually doesn't exceed 40 minutes. If the traffic doesn't stop as expected, please contact us for further assistance.
Important Notice
Be aware that if your traffic project is paused, any unused traffic during that period will expire. This means that you will lose any traffic that hasn't been utilized.
